oh my gosh! I have searched the net for an old fashioned fruit leather recipe. My grand mother use to make it and freeze it. It was always a special treat. You need to add the recipe to your blog.

Your peach leather looks fantastic! I am a big fan of fruit leather, and can't get enough of it. I will have to ask you for tips next fall.
